Joe holds a degree in computer science from WSTC and has been involved with the concrete industry for close to thirty years. His experience spans everything from ground-floor large-scale commercial projects to more personalized, custom, award-winning residential installations.

Joe is married with three children. As a parent of a child with special needs, he is also especially well equipped to help shape poolscapes that require thoughtful special-needs considerations in the design.

Fran holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in business management from SCSU. After working in the swimming pool industry throughout high school and college, he helped grow MPDI into a leading residential home-improvement contractor throughout New England.

Fran is married with two children. Outside MPDI, he has coached the boys' swim team at Pomperaug High School for more than twenty years and has earned numerous state titles and awards along the way.

John joined Mancini Pool Decks in 1998 and became a full-time member of the team in 2000 after receiving his degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Through his education and years of field experience, John has managed some of MPDI's most complex projects. He is also ACI certified through the American Concrete Institute.

John is married to his wife Anne and they have a son, Luke.

Bill has been part of Mancini Pool Decks since 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northeastern University and came aboard to help streamline the company.

A lifelong friend of Joe Mancini, Bill has helped support MPDI's growth while staying closely tied to the field side of the business.

Bill is married with two sons, enjoys spending time with his family, and stays actively involved with his sons and youth sports.

Mike has been with Mancini Pool Decks since the summer of 2005. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2009 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Working for the company throughout college gave Mike a ground-up understanding of the trade. He was also mentored by co-owners Joe Mancini and Fran Pentino in the sales and project-design side of MPDI.

Mike specializes in concrete installation and has extensive training in fence installation. He is happily married to his wife Erica and now works in a sales and management role within the company.

Jay joined Mancini Pool Decks in 2001. For the past decade, he has supervised MPDI's power wash and seal division and helped oversee the completion of stamped concrete projects.

Jay is married to his wife Alyssa and lives in Wolcott.
